The simple design of this crisp linen-silk jacket shows off the complex graphic pattern - the teal colors were dye-painted by hand with a small brush (very time-consuming!). The back features a gently-flounced peplum for wearing ease. The front is boldly asymmetrical - the right side is longer than the left, and either lies flat to fasten at the button or can be folded back onto itself for a wide lapel look, when the jacket is unbuttoned. Techniques: monoprint, meticulous dye-painting. Care: Dry clean only; steam iron if needed.
